Using this website means you accept these terms. The website is operated by Visionhaus Holding Sdn Bhd (201001039258).

This website is a showcase and a booking service. Frames, sunglasses and lenses are not sold or shipped from it — they are measured, fitted and adjusted in person at our stores.

You can browse what we have on show, send us an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp, and book a free eye test.

Prices shown on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Where no price is shown, it is quoted in store.

Visionhaus Holding Sdn Bhd is not registered for Sales and Service Tax, so no SST is charged.

Frame prices do not include prescription lenses. Lenses are quoted separately once your prescription and lens options are confirmed, in store or by WhatsApp.

The eye test is free, with a registered optometrist, and carries no obligation to buy. Booking one costs nothing and takes no deposit.

If you can no longer make it, cancel from the link on your confirmation page or message us, and the slot goes back to someone else.

We show what we carry, but a particular frame or colourway may not be on the shelf at every store. Message us and we will tell you where to find it.

Every frame we stock is sourced through the brand's authorised channel. Warranty is handled through us as an authorised retailer.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
